Copying and printing

Printers/copiers are located on floors C2-C5 and C7. On C2 they are located in the library and in the printer room in the south of C2, on the other floors they are just inside the door from the north staircase.

To print or copy you will need to create a PaperCut account or purchase vouchers.

Information about PaperCut and how to create an account and link it to Lund University's print and copy service can be found at www.print.lu.se/papercut.

The vast majority of printers use the pull print method. This means that prints are first sent to a server. The user then goes to the desired printer and requests the printout.

Group/Study rooms

All group rooms at Helsingborg campus are available to students on a first-come, first-served basis. Staff do not book group rooms for teaching on the same day as they are to be used. This means that if the room is unbooked in the morning, it is available to students throughout the day. Scan the QR code outside to see if the room has been booked by staff. Unfortunately, as a student you cannot book a group room in advance.

Find available group rooms at Helsingborg campus via TimeEdit.

Computer rooms

If you need to borrow a computer for your studies, there are computer rooms on campus. Please note that these rooms may be booked for teaching. There are also 12 computers in the library, which can be used without a reservation. Lund University students log in with their student account.
